Background
Seven Diesel was founded in 1974 and now produces over 700,000 fuel injector nozzles per year from their factory in Rovato, Italy. Seven Diesel supplies nozzles, barrel & plungers and delivery valves for engine models from over 40 manufacturers of large marine and industrial diesel engines.
Quality
Consistently high quality in production has always been the cornerstone of Seven Diesel’s success, and this has led to ongoing significant investment in the latest manufacturing equipment. Seven Diesel were the first replacement manufacturer to introduce EDM (electrical discharge machining), which delivers very fine finishes on spray holes. This process, combined with sophisticated heat treatments and metallurgical laboratory monitoring of materials, ensure that all Seven Diesel products enjoy long and reliable service lives. As a further guarantee of quality, 100% testing is carried out before despatch.
